1. Using this site

By using Fairy2Fairy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Please use the site if you are 16 or older. If you are younger, use it with a parent or guardian.

2. What this site is for

Tarot here is a tool for storytelling, intuition, and reflection. Readings are for personal exploration. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they do not predict the future.

3. AI and your own judgment

Some interpretations may be written with help from AI models. AI has no psychic ability. It can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. You decide what, if anything, a reading means for you.

4. Your account

Keep your login details private. Use the site kindly and lawfully. Do not try to break, overload, or scrape the service.

You may close your account at any time. You can ask me to delete your data through the contact page.

5. No paid service

There are no subscriptions, no billing, and no paid support desk. I may pause or change the site when I need to.

6. Privacy

How I handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

7. Responsibility

The site is provided as a personal project, as it is. I am not responsible for decisions you make after a reading, or for interruptions, errors, or third-party tools (including AI providers).

Dutch law may not allow some limitations. In that case, only those limits that the law allows still apply.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you live in the EU or EEA, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

If something goes wrong, write to me first via the contact page. If we cannot resolve it, the courts of the Netherlands can decide. EU/EEA consumers may also go to the courts of their own country.

9. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top will change when I do. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
